Want my recipe? Actually my Mama's.
1 stick of butter (b/c I LOVE butter!)
1/2 cup flour
3 tbsp cocoa
6 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup water

I love choco gravy. My MIL makes it pretty soupy and my hubby wouldn't eat hers. Now I have to keep it a secret that he eats mine and love it. LOL!
BTW, you gettin' all the kinks worked out for your pattern and all?

Why don't you use the salt? I can't remember well right now but I think salt is meant to heighten the chocolate, so just curious if you had tried it with salt and then decided not to use it anymore...
